Agent Details

Meet Michael

Michael Preston is a native Floridian who has lived in Florida his entire life. From northeast Florida, Michael went off to college at the University of Florida and received a degree in Sports Turf Mgt. Following graduation, he then went to live in Southwest Florida to pursue a career as an Accounts Manager for a landscape management firm. The family brought him back to St. Augustine.

His experience in the landscape business, building relationships, developing solid customer service, and helping others are what led him to the real estate profession.

In his free time, Michael enjoys going out and finding new interesting restaurants, going to concerts at the St. Augustine amphitheater, or sometimes just being at home with his golden retriever, Ziggy. Of course, growing up on the water, Michael loves being at the beach or out in the boat. He also enjoys living a healthy lifestyle by constantly developing new healthy recipes and exercising on a regular basis.

We live overseas, and were initially worried about how things would go. But Noah and Yvonne were always available and eased any concerns. Whether it was needing negotiation advice, updates on a changing St. Augustine market, or feedback from prospective buyers, they delivered a great balance of guidance while ultimately letting us decide the direction. They’re good people who know St. Augustine and are tr...
