About Cassandra White

My family moved to Florida from New Mexico when I was in elementary school and we grew up in the Mandarin area. I have called this city home since then. I spent a majority of my career in retail sales and then in 2017. I entered the world of real estate and Keller Williams. I have only ever known KW and Keller Williams has always felt like home. After spending my first years in leadership officially got license in February 2020 where I had the honor of working beside an incredible real estate agent learning the ins and outs of both real estate sales and operations. After spending multiple years with him, I was able to move into the productivity coaching role.

It is because of real estate that I met my husband, Khairi at a happy hour that our office was hosting in San Marco in 2018. We got married in February 2024 and we welcomed our son Kennedy Matthew in April 2025, they both are my why and absolute world.

Becoming a mom, I realized the importance of taking time to be with my son and God was calling me to step away and spend time with him, so I went into being a single agent. In my years of real estate and many different avenues my passions have mainly been in listing properties, being able to communicate throughly to customers and to coach/train agents.

I’m thrilled to be in this role and use those skills with the Noah Bailey Group. Together my hope is to empower agents and customers that listing their home with the Noah Bailey Group was the best decision!
